Refund Policy
Returns & Refunds
We want every player gaming with a glove they love. Stock gloves and gear can come back within 30 days. Because custom builds are cut, laced, and stamped for one player only, those orders are final sale.
Stock Gloves & Gear
Return any unused, unworn stock item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method. Items must arrive in original condition with all tags and packaging included.
Return shipping paid by the customerCustom & Team Orders
Custom builder orders, team orders, and any personalized or embroidered item are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Every spec is confirmed with you in writing before production starts.
Final sale once production beginsDamaged or Defective
If a glove arrives damaged or has a workmanship defect, we repair or replace it at no cost to you — custom builds included. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos.
Covered on every orderTo start a return, contact us with your order number and we will send return instructions and an address. Do not ship anything back before a return is approved. Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days of the item reaching us. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
